Yes, of course. Just click the cancel button in the confirmation email you received when you made the booking. You can cancel one booking and easily create a new one using the booking module.

Our venues are unattended and open 24/7 — there's no reception desk. After booking online we send the door code by email. Type the code on the keypad at the door and press #. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or write to kontakt@pvplayer.com.

You pay after turning on the PC and logging into our system. We accept: card, BLIK, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Running out of time mid-game? Top up here from your phone right at the station — hours appear instantly.

We don't handle group reservations — every guest books their own station individually. Just coordinate with your friends in advance and each of you books for the same time and location. Playing together is no problem!

The system automatically cancels the reservation 15 minutes after start. E.g. a 6:00 PM booking → you must be on-site by 6:15 PM at the latest. If you miss it you can make a new booking, space permitting.

No. Each location (Wierzbięcice, Staszica, Ratajczaka) has its own account in our system. Hours and accounts are tied to the specific venue where they were purchased.

We don't recommend it. Every booking is tied to a specific email — the door code, confirmation and your gaming hours all go there. If you're coming with a friend, each of you should make a separate booking on your own email — it's simply easier and more convenient for everyone.

We have the most popular games installed, including Counter-Strike 2, Fortnite, Valorant, League of Legends and many more — full list at pvplayer.com/games. You can also install any game from your Steam library or other launchers, but note we don't refund time spent on installation (usually 10–15 minutes, depending on game size).
